Owning and running our own Airbnb properties we've created the perfect, all inclusive, cost effective management package for just 12%+VAT and a one off onboard fee:

  • Housekeeping services (excludes cleaning and linen fees)

  • Pre guest arrival visit by our Property Manager to check everything's prepared properly and stage the house

One off onboarding fee £250 + VAT

Quality cleaning and linen is the key to positive guest reviews and repeat bookings.

We take this extremely seriously and offer a comprehensive cleaning package.

  • Appointment and management of house keeping services
  • Pre listing deep clean
  • Check out clean and house preparation
  • Supply bed linen, towels, tea towels and bath mats
  • Bed linen change and cleaning

To maximise bookings and ratings we know it takes more than simply good guest communications so we've created a few optional extras for you:

  • Property preparation - staging & photography - £500
  • Welcome guide (electronic) creation and hosting - £200 creation + £50 year
  • Welcome guide (physical) creation and supply - £250
  • Wine for welcome box - £5.50 per booking
  • Guest welcome box - £5 per guest including:
    • 1 x bottle of water
    • tea, coffee, milk, sugar, hot chocolate
    • selection of herbal and flavoured tea bags
    • 1 x porridge bar
    • 1 x biscuit pack
    • shampoo, conditioner and body gel
    • toilet roll
    • dishwasher tablets
    • 1 x dishcloth and washing up liquid (per booking)
